What is your cancellation policy?Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 61 or more days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days or less before your check-in date, no refund will be issued unless we are able to re-rent the cottage. If we can re-rent the cottage, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. We are a small family resort with a limited number of cottages available for rent on a seasonal basis. Our business relies heavily on each booking, as our operating season is short. When you book a cottage with us, we reserve that accommodation exclusively for you, turning down other potential rentals in the process. Cancellations have a significant impact on our business, especially when they occur close to the check-in date. At that point, it becomes challenging for us to re-rent the cottage because most people plan their vacations well in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel your reservation. However, we kindly ask for your understanding of our situation as a small business with a limited number of cottages. Your cooperation and empathy are greatly appreciated as we strive to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.
