  • What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 61 or more days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days or less before your check-in date, no refund will be issued unless we are able to re-rent the cottage. If we can re-rent the cottage, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. We are a small family resort with a limited number of cottages available for rent on a seasonal basis. Our business relies heavily on each booking, as our operating season is short. When you book a cottage with us, we reserve that accommodation exclusively for you, turning down other potential rentals in the process. Cancellations have a significant impact on our business, especially when they occur close to the check-in date. At that point, it becomes challenging for us to re-rent the cottage because most people plan their vacations well in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel your reservation. However, we kindly ask for your understanding of our situation as a small business with a limited number of cottages. Your cooperation and empathy are greatly appreciated as we strive to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.
  • When do you start taking reservations?

Yes, we do have dock space available. Please let us know you are bringing your own boat so we can make sure to have enough docks spaces available. We don't have power at each dock however we can run extension cords from the power source at the beach to your trolling motor if needed. We also have plenty of trailer parking.
  • Where is the nearest boat launch?
There are two boat launches within a half mile of the resort. We always suggest the Eagle Lake Boat Landing. It has a dock and is easy to launch a boat. The other boat landing is on Lynx Lake located right along side Chain o Lakes Rd. You will pass it on the left side of the road on the way to the resort. There is no dock available.

The cottages don't have AC but they all have heat. Most of the master bedrooms have a ceiling fan. We also provide a box fan per cottage. The temperatures cool off quite a bit in the evenings so we find that everyone can sleep comfortably.
  • Is there a washing machine and dryer on site?
We're sorry. There is no guest laundry onsite but there is a laundromat in town.
