To Book:

Step 1: Email, Text or Call to Confirm Availability (we will block the cottage for you)

Step 2: Once you have confirmed availability, fill out our Reservation Confirmation Form

Step 3: Email or mail us the Reservation Form

Step 4: A 50% deposit payable via mailed check, zelle, or venmo is due to hold reservation 

Step 5: When we receive your form and payment, we will email you a confirmation letter.

Additional Reservation Information / Terms and Conditions

• Deposit of 50% to reserve cottage must be received within 15 days to lock in dates.

• After you confirm your cabin and dates print a copy of the Reservation Confirmation Form (pdf), fill it out and mail it with your deposit.

• Check in 3:00 P.M. Check out 9:00 A.M.

• Weekly rental runs Saturday to Saturday.

• Rates subject to State/County/Local taxes.

• Outboard motors and Pontoon Boats available for rent.

• Sorry, NO pets allowed for the comfort of all of our guests.

• The Last Resort is 100% Smoke-Free.

 

Please, No Visitors.
Our registered guests are entitled to the exclusive use of the facilities. For this reason, we ask you not to invite others to visit you at the resort.

We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our cottages. Our NO SMOKING and NO PET policy guarantees your family a nice smelling cottage. Come relax and enjoy the North woods (our home) with us.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 61 or more days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

• If you cancel 60 days or less before your check-in date, no refund will be issued unless we are able to re-rent the cottage. If we can re-rent the cottage, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

We are a small family resort with a limited number of cottages available for rent on a seasonal basis. Our business relies heavily on each booking, as our operating season is short. When you book a cottage with us, we reserve that accommodation exclusively for you, turning down other potential rentals in the process.

Cancellations have a significant impact on our business, especially when they occur close to the check-in date. At that point, it becomes challenging for us to re-rent the cottage because most people plan their vacations well in advance. 

​

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel your reservation. However, we kindly ask for your understanding of our situation as a small business with a limited number of cottages. Your cooperation and empathy are greatly appreciated as we strive to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.
